Refund policy

Chromex upholds the highest standard of quality for each of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund or replacement.

To return or replace an item, you will need to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before sending your returned item back to Chromex. Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the RMA number and shipping instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund or replacement, as per your request. If requesting a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and may take up to 7 business days to show up on your statement. If processing a replacement, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
